Who these terms concern

This website is operated by CUROVANA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as Curovana. These terms address use of the public company website, its information, enquiry features and interactive previews.

Curovana’s work includes AI tools for doctors, clinic operations software, clinical simulation for learning and medical AI research. These activities have different purposes and must not be treated as a single, simulation-only service.

These website terms do not replace an existing product agreement or authorise a clinic deployment. Where applicable, product-specific terms, privacy notices, data-processing terms and signed customer agreements govern their relevant services. Those arrangements must be established before a deployment that requires them. Nothing on this website overrides mandatory legal rights.

The boundaries between products

Clinic software

Curovana Clinic is intended to support authorised clinic operations and the work around a consultation. Actual functionality, roles, integrations and review points depend on the agreed deployment. Patient data may be used only within an appropriately authorised product workflow and its applicable agreements, not through this website’s public forms.

Qualified clinicians remain responsible for clinical decisions and records. Clinic teams must review consequential operational actions and AI-generated drafts as required by their workflow. Software assistance does not transfer that accountability to an AI system.

Clinical simulation

Curovana Simulation is a learning environment. Its scenarios and outputs are not instructions for the diagnosis or treatment of a real person, and practice or a score does not establish clinical competence or professional certification. Use of the simulator is subject to its product terms and privacy notice.

Voice assistance and research

The Aarohi workflow described here captures clinic enquiries and appointment requests for staff review. A request is not a confirmed booking. The described assistant does not independently diagnose, access patient records, take payments or confirm appointments.

Research descriptions concern work we are exploring. They do not establish clinical validation, regulatory approval or the availability of a finished product.

Website demos are not live services

The interactive previews on this website use synthetic examples and local interface state. Clicking their controls does not call a patient, send a message to a clinic, reserve an appointment, create a medical record, order a real investigation or produce a live clinical assessment.

They are bounded demonstrations, not a complete account of every product capability. Do not enter real patient information into them. Separately, submitting a contact, careers or support form sends a real enquiry to Curovana; opening Calendly connects to a real third-party scheduling service.

This website is not an emergency service or a channel for medical advice. For urgent care, contact local emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional. Do not wait for a website or support response.

Responsible use

You may browse the website, explore its previews and contact us for legitimate enquiries. Please:

• Provide accurate contact information and act with authority if you represent a clinic, institution or another organisation.
• Do not submit patient records, passwords, payment-card details or information you are not authorised to share through public forms or demos.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass safeguards, introduce malicious code, send spam or interfere with the service.
• Do not misrepresent a demo outcome, research ambition or AI output as a clinically validated result or an endorsement.
• Respect the rights of other people, applicable law and the terms of any product you separately use.

Report suspected security issues to support@curovana.com. Do not access or extract another person’s data when reporting an issue.

Content, information and AI outputs

Website materials, code, designs and branding belong to Curovana or their respective owners. Access to the website does not transfer intellectual-property rights or grant permission to present another organisation’s marks as your own.

You retain your rights in information you submit. By sending an enquiry, you permit us to process it to address that enquiry as described in the privacy notice; this does not transfer ownership of patient records or grant a general licence to train models on them.

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular context. Review is required before consequential use in an authorised product. Nothing on the company website substitutes for professional judgement, a patient assessment or applicable clinical and operational requirements.

Availability and commercial arrangements

Website pages, previews and product descriptions may change. We do not promise uninterrupted website access, error-free content or that every roadmap feature is available. Ask the team to confirm the current product scope before relying on a description for an implementation.

An enquiry or demonstration does not create a subscription, purchase, service-level commitment, implementation contract or employment offer. Pricing, permitted users, onboarding, support, data handling, payment, cancellation and exit arrangements must be set out in the applicable product or customer agreement.

We may restrict access to website features to address misuse, security issues, legal requirements or technical problems. Ending use of this public website is separate from terminating a clinic agreement or deleting records held in a product.

External services and links

Curovana product subdomains have product-specific terms and privacy information, where applicable. Their separate scope does not remove Curovana’s responsibilities for the products it operates.

The website also links to external providers. Scheduling is provided through Calendly when you choose to open it. External providers have their own terms and privacy information; Curovana does not control their availability or all of their data processing.

References to another organisation or membership programme do not, by themselves, imply that it endorses Curovana’s products or validates their clinical performance.

Legal rights and product agreements

Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. In particular, website disclaimers do not remove mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory protections.

Any negotiated warranties, liability allocation, service levels, dispute procedure and governing-law provisions for a clinic or other commercial service must be addressed in its applicable agreement. A generic company webpage is not a substitute for those terms.

Updates to these website terms will be identified by a revised date. Where notice or agreement is required by law or an existing contract, a webpage update alone does not replace it. A change to these terms does not automatically amend a signed customer agreement.
