CUROVANA / LEGAL
Privacy notice
The public website, your enquiries, and the boundaries between our products.

Who we are and what this covers
Curovana is operated by CUROVANA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. We build AI tools for clinical practice, clinic operations software, and clinical simulation for learning, alongside medical AI research.
This notice covers the public company website at curovana.com, its interactive previews, and enquiries sent through its contact, careers and support forms. It also explains how those activities differ from using a Curovana product.
It is not a complete privacy notice for a clinic deployment or a replacement for the notices and agreements that apply within a product. Visiting a product page does not enrol a clinic, create a patient record or authorise the processing of patient information.
CUROVANA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITEDF NO 105 GHS 4, SEC 21 D, Faridabad NIT, Faridabad, Faridabad-121001, Haryana, Indiasupport@curovana.comInformation provided through this website
- Contact and product enquiries
- Your name, email address, selected area of interest and message; your clinic or organisation and professional role if you provide them.
- Careers enquiries
- Your name, email address and message; your area of interest and experience if you provide them. The current website form does not accept attachments.
- Support requests
- Your name, email address, subject, selected priority and description of the issue.
- Website delivery and diagnostics
- Web requests expose technical information such as an IP address and browser details to the infrastructure receiving them. The website uses temporary IP-based counters to limit form abuse. Application logs record form-route names, response status, timing and delivery-failure categories, not submitted form contents. Hosting and delivery providers may maintain additional technical logs.
Required fields are marked on each form. You can browse without submitting a form. Please do not send patient names, medical records, passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information through these public channels. Describe a workflow or technical problem without identifying a patient.
Why we use this information
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a requested conversation and discuss a potential product implementation or collaboration.
- To consider a careers enquiry and communicate with you about it.
- To investigate support issues and communicate a response.
- To deliver and troubleshoot the website, address abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
Sending an enquiry is not a subscription to unrelated marketing and is not permission to reuse patient information for research or model training. This website notice does not establish the purposes or permissions for AI processing within a clinic deployment.
Interactive demos and browser storage
The Clinic and Simulation previews on this company website are bounded, local demonstrations. Choices, preferred appointment windows and reasoning notes stay in the preview’s browser memory; its controls do not send them to a clinic or an AI model. Resetting the preview or reloading the page clears that state.
The voice preview does not access your microphone, place a call, play a real recording or book an appointment. These statements apply to the company-site previews, not to the separate Clinic or Simulation products.
- Appearance preference · local storage
- The website stores an appearance preference on your device. It remains until changed or cleared through your browser’s site-data controls.
- Opening animation · session storage
- A flag records that the opening animation has been shown in that browser session, so it need not replay on each visit.
These preferences are not advertising identifiers. Clearing site data resets them. Third-party services you choose to open may use their own cookies or storage, as described below.
Service providers and external sites
Information passes to service providers where needed to deliver the website or handle your request:
- Email delivery. Website form submissions are sent through Resend to our support mailbox. The form contents and delivery information pass through email-delivery and mailbox systems. See Resend’s privacy policy.
- Scheduling. Calendly loads only when you choose to open the booking calendar. It then receives information associated with loading its service and the details you enter to schedule a meeting. Its cookies and processing are described in Calendly’s privacy notice. You can contact us without opening the calendar.
- Website assets. Fonts and icon styles load from Google Fonts and the cdnjs content-delivery service. Your browser contacts those providers to retrieve the resources, exposing technical request information.
- Hosting and operations. Infrastructure and technical service providers process information involved in delivering and maintaining the website.
Links to product subdomains, social networks and other external sites take you to services with their own notices. Their processing is not described fully by this company-site notice.
Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with a binding legal requirement or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights, subject to applicable law.
Clinic, Simulation and patient information
Curovana Clinic
Clinic software is intended to support real clinical operations. Depending on the enabled functions and clinic configuration, this can involve patient identity and contact details, appointments, clinical records, prescriptions, orders, bills, communications and follow-up information.
Patient information belongs in an authorised clinic workflow, not in this website’s enquiry forms or previews. The clinic deployment must establish the permitted processing, each party’s role, authorised users, notices and consents, service providers, security measures, retention and deletion arrangements. A marketing page is not a substitute for those arrangements.
How the Clinic product handles clinic, staff and patient information, including WhatsApp messages sent by clinics, is described in the Curovana Clinic privacy notice.
For a request about a record held by your clinic, contact the clinic first so it can verify and handle the request. You can also contact Curovana for help directing it. Do not include the medical record itself in an initial email.
Curovana Simulation
Simulation is for learning, not decisions about a real patient’s care. The product may process learner accounts, conversations, actions and educational material according to its own privacy notice and terms. An educational purpose does not mean every item submitted by a user is synthetic or anonymous.
AI and research
Any use of product data with AI providers, or for research or model improvement, must be addressed in the applicable product notices, permissions and agreements. Do not interpret the company’s research vision as consent to use patient or learner information for those purposes.
Retention and security
Website enquiries can remain in our correspondence, email-provider records and operational logs after submission. Closing the page does not delete a message already sent. Requests about retention or deletion can be sent to support@curovana.com.
Retention needs differ between an enquiry, an application, a support issue and a clinical record. Applicable legal requirements may also limit when information can be deleted. Clinic record retention must be addressed with the clinic rather than inferred from this website.
No internet service is risk-free. This notice does not certify a product or guarantee that every system has the same encryption, access controls or retention settings. Please report suspected exposure or misuse to our support address without sending passwords or patient records.
Your choices and requests
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing support@curovana.com. Use “Privacy request” in the subject and describe the website or product concerned.
Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to access or receive a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where consent is relied on, and complain to the relevant authority. These rights can have conditions and exceptions; withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
We may need proportionate information to verify a request or identify the responsible clinic. Do not send identity documents or medical records unless an appropriate, secure process has been arranged. A clinic’s records request should be directed to the clinic as described above.
The public enquiry and demo features are intended for professional, educational and business enquiries, not for children to submit personal information. Contact us if a child’s information has been sent through them. Any learner eligibility requirements are set by the relevant product terms.
